Description

Babble is worshiped by Whisper, who used to be an employee there.

"So Babble said, Babble said, a soft and sweet whisper down the phone line, if they will not listen, if they will not hear you, then it’s simple, my love, we take their ears-"

It's unknown whether Babble is a god that is isolated to the call center, was called into being by the employee who became The Whisper, or is a god that exists in a broader sense which attached itself to The Whisper for its own benefit.
